Rest and Restore | Sound Healing + Massage Experience

Come join us for a cozy, intimate evening designed to give you the space to slow down, reconnect, and reset.

We’ll begin with gentle guided breathwork to help you settle into the space, followed by an immersive sound bath using crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments.

While you’re relaxing into the sounds, each person will also receive a gentle 5-minute scalp or shoulder massage, adding another layer of rest to your experience.

With only 8 spots available, this will be a small and intimate experience where you can truly get comfortable, let go, and receive.

You’ll be relaxing for about an hour, so please feel free to bring anything that will help you feel extra comfortable while lying down. Mats, blankets, eye pillows, and small pillows will all be provided. If you prefer to sit instead of lying down, please bring a comfortable chair of your own.
